I know I will be combining a lot of challenges in the next few days - Fan Club members will have almost 40 to do! Yikes!
I also want to honor Gingerbeary8 who was selected Queen for last Friday. Carol, your gallery is filled with awesome challenge cards, and our galleries contain so many of your comments!
I must admit, casing one of your awesome cards put me way out of my comfort zone - and I ended up with more of an inspiration and less of a CASE! I used the same black and grey-green borders, changed the color of the stripes, left off a layer or two as well as some embellishments. I tried to thread a ribbon through a CB border die cut, and used a similar Nestie label, with sponging. Mark Finest Papers-Poppies Poppies Poppies by Gingerbeary8 at Splitcoaststampers
For the DTGD challenges - I have no paint with me this summer, but I did see Twinkling H20 on Lydia's list! And I have almost no garden goodies in my stash, but I love this pear - and almost never use it!
(I thought my internet connection woes were over - not true - I hope to check out galleries when I can.)

This is such a pretty pear I've always loved how it looks. Love the monochromatic green with touches of blue and the pretty border too! Thanks for playing the challenge!
