I'm so glad I got to play the sketch challenge today...it's been a long time! I've had this done, but couldn't upload because we only had partial power for about the last 6 hours. I used embossed vellum for one of the panels since I didn't want to cover the pretty DP. The chick is colored with pencils and her flowers are accented with glitter. I embellished simply with a felt flower. Thanks for looking!

So glad you got your power back so you could upload this, Angela, it's adorable!! Beautiful dp and a sweet little image, and I just love the sentiment. I'm a huge fan of those rolled roses too, I'm so into using them!

This card has a lot of cute touches...love the rose and the paisley designs. And who would have thought to use that embossed vellum in the middle (I guess you did!)....that is way cool!
