No knock knock jokes or other 13 year old humor (my humor is the senior citizen type LOL!) so I am substituting a colorful saying. No clowns or jesters or pointy shoes, either - just polka dots and colorful stripes. I may end up sitting on the back step (not even getting through the back door) this round.
But I do have Jake's name!
Read all about the challenge, take a gander at the teapot for this week, and especially note the story of 13 year old Jake - all found here: MMTPT155 ~ THAT'S MY CHESTER! THE JESTER TESTER! by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
That means it also fits the WishRAK monthly challenge #2 - it was national cheer up the lonely day on July 11. This sentiment came from a WishRAK member.
So often my Nesties do not quite fit the image - so I cut the tag line to hang over the edge, and covered the funny connection with a strip of ribbon.

I'd say there are so many jesters and jokes that a teapot-inspired card with a fun message is more than enough to get you in the front door.
Know what you mean about sentiments not fitting Nestabilities - there are times I go back to just cutting the panel to fit and then maybe fancying up the corners with a corner punch. But your make-do and mend has worked so well here - it does look as if Hannah had added her signature on.
