Rather than use a scallop border punch/die, I constructed my big layered scallops by layering 1" circle punches.
And that sweet little red binder clip? My daughter found it at school and brought it home for me--because she thought I might like it as an embellishment for a card. She thought right!! I think it is just adorable.
