I stamped the flourish from the new "Flourish-Scallops and Dots" set from Waltzingmouse Stamps, onto white paper and then trimmed it out before attaching to my card base with foam tape. The flower portion are white sheer blossoms from Maya Road that I added some ink and then came back and stamped a smaller flourish on them before attaching it with a pearl brad. (note: the bottom layer of flower is darker because I added a layer of clear embossing powder to it.)
