Not sure if I copied the inspiration piece correctly. If not, it's the metal bird memo board under 'accessories' for the home. I used a piece of balsa wood to stamp the bird on because I liked the woodgrain background of the inspiration piece. I used a metallic sticky paper from Lowe's (cuttlebugged), some silver brads (since the piece is metal) and tried to bring in some blue from the postcard on the piece. This photo is the second upload, first was too dark.

Taking pictures can be tough in the beginning, but you'll get there! Here's a thread with some great tips This is a fabulous card! Love the balsa wood - what a neat look! Your textured bg looks great!

Thanks for the tips for photography. I actually tried another picture this morning and it turned out much better. I live in a very dark apartment so it's where I take the picture that will matter. Two questions: this card has never appeared in the IC gallery so did I upload it incorrectly? And can one replace a picture of a card with another (better!) picture?
