I haven't stamped in what feels like forever....summer chaos is in full swing, but I had a few minutes this afternoon and thought it would be nice to take some "me time" so here's the one-layer card I made with those short but enjoyable moments .
I stamped 2 star "spots" in red and blue to create a pattern on the kraft CS. Some of the stars I colored in white to make them stand out more. Then I stamped a row of solid "spots" to create a scalloped look, added ribbon, pearls, and button and then stamped the sentiment....a quick card but lots of fun .
Thanks for looking!

I never would have guessed that this was a one layer card; the white you added gives such a great look to the starts and I love the solid circle scallop look you made with the gingham over the circles.
