I've combined the color challenge with the Teapot Tuesday Challenge in my card today.
Betty's colors for us this week are Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake - with the dessert of using something from the kitchen - my dessert is twine.
And da Mudder's challenge for the teapotters is to make a round 'dodge ball' shaped card.
I didn't have the SU colors so I used ink colors I thought were close. I stamped a large doily from Waltzingmouse then cut my card with a Big scallop circle Nestability. Then I stamped 2 smaller doily stamps in other colors and layered them over the big doily with foam tape.
Then I added my die cut banner tag, some rhinestones and twine.
This card will be going postal to Sandy - a woman who has gone through personal loss and illness but continues to work to help others.

It really is a "Wow" card, My first thought when I saw it. It's a great card for the teapot challenge...but the colors from the color challenge work so well with your design...very nicely done.

Love your layered doilies, Julia...and the gems add charm and bling! Sandy sounds like a special lady...I'm sure she will treasure this token of thoughtfulness!
