Here's my card for this week's challenge over at Happileigh Scrappin'. This week we are making projects with bright colors - reds and yellows and oranges. We would love to have you join us.
For this card I used a couple of Leigh's cute digis - Catch the Wind and Quilted Butterfly. The butterfly and flower are colored with Copics. The girl in the wind is colored with Prismacolor pencils. The frame is Stampin' Up's Framed Tulips embossing folder sponged with Distress Inks and colored with Copics. The flower blossom and front butterfly wing are popped up for a 2nd layer. The background is sponged with Not Quite Navy.

Wow Susan! Even for the dreary weather depicted this card is so bright and cheery! You always do such neat and beautiful work. Love your bright card. Tfs

What an adorable image... I love the vivid colors and how you've brightened up a gloomy, rainy day. Now, could you work that magic on our local weather? Perfect combination of Leigh's images, and framing the image with the tulip folder really makes a dramatic statement! LOVE it!
