I was thinking about doing the faux cloissone technique which I have been trying. I think I would have to use a craft knife, and I'm not sure cardstock works. Anyway, that's where my starting thoughts came from. Looks kind of clean and simple, but I don't think embossing classifies as simple, or the fussy cutting.
Oh, this is for the CC - pirouette pink, regal rose, and melon mambo.

Ha....we used the same image, Kim!! AND we both gold embossed!! Great minds......
I've always been a bit intimidated by this image, but I'm glad I finally used it. My original idea included cutting it out as well....but I decided not to tackle it.
You've done a spectacular job of yours. I love the way you layered the pieces.....really beautiful.

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?
life is something that happens only when you run out of cardstock
