I made this CAS (Clean and Simple) card for our family's Osteopath and his partner who have just become a parents for the first time to a baby girl. I also popping this card into the SCS Ways to use it Challenge WT325 - Dying for Die Cuts - where you are to "show your die-cuts". My die-cuts are my tag made with my fabby new tag and dieset from MFT. See this link for the deets on the challenge: WT325 - Dying for Die Cuts (6/2/11) by tygerpaws11 at Splitcoaststampers
The dry embossing on the pink cs was made using my CB and K Kingdom ef KEM117 Flowers and Dots ef. I coloured the image with OMS and Prismacolor + Derwent Coloursoft pencils and added some Kindyglitz Crystalina to the teddy's bow and the nappy pin on the hedgie. I cut out the image and popped it up on 1mm doublesided foam mounts/pads (dimensionals).
The tag was made using my new Die-namics Notched Tag dies and clear stamp set by My Favorite Things (MFT). I added a strip of Basic Grey bling-it pink rhinestones underneath the sentiment.
Once I tied on the gingham ribbon, I glued part of the tag to the ribbon so it would stay in the right place then glued a heart-shaped button to the bow centre.
