Yay! This card qualifies for three challenges. Here they are:
DDSKETCH0511 - The Dirty Dozen Fan Club Sketch Challenge for May 2011. I must say that this is the BIGGEST card I have ever made! It's about 5 1/2" square.
CT0511 - The Dirty Dozen Fan Club Central Theme for May 2011, which is Louis Armstrong's song "What a Wonderful World." I used most of "the colors of the rainbow" (minus indigo and violet). It's for our son, whom "[I've] watched grow]" since he was born. He's ten today. He also makes my world wonderful, since I heard his first cry.
WT324 - Use stars in your project. Both of these designer papers are from the My Mind's Eye "Lime Twist" line--love 'em!
The main image was colored with Copics, and I added Crystal Effects to the headlights and medallion on the grille. I made the tag like the designer paper circles by stamping a "10" in VersaMark and heat embossing it, punching it out in a circle, sponging over the top with Pumpkin Pie ink and wiping off the ink on the "10," adhering it to a larger Very Vanilla circle, and adhering them both to a third circle that was also sponged with Pumpkin Pie. It's popped up on dimensionals.
