Rox, what a fun sketch! I had so much fun with this one. Went through my folders of digis and chose this one. I will come back later to tell you who it is from. I am on my lap top, main computer is doing a scan and taking like forever. Hope it fixes the problem it is having. hehe....I'm back! Digi is from Sassy Cheryls.
So, about this card. Working back to front....received my weekly Stamp TV e-mail showing the featured technique for the week, gave it a try. It is called Lattice bg . You should try it. It's pretty simple with great results.
Panel 2 is a scrap piece of AC cs that I did faux stitching on the edges.
3-a,b,c cut three squares and zentangled each one sponging edges with tea dye. Did the TLC235 paper button challenge for the buttons. Used the Karen Lockhart stylus technique before coloring them with Derwent Intense pencils. Punched the holes then put on diamond glaze, set aside to dry.
Panel 4 - printed out the digi, did some stylus work then colored with Dersent Intense pencils adding the tiny lines on the edges and sponging.
Put all my panels together popping up #4.
Hope your day is going well....TFL :0)

There's a lot of work in this Mutnik creation, but it's worth every bit of it!! I love your lattice panel, it looks like you did it on metal, great buttons and zentangle squares, lots of detail work there, and the main focal panel is so cheerful in the bright colors you used with the buttons flying out of the pot!! I've always loved to play in the buttons!

You are the technique queen! This really is amazing. My favorite parts: that cool background, the three squares and the way you've created different patterns on them, and the buttons (they totally look real!). You colored the main image beautifully too!
