I made this card for my daughter who is graduating from UCLA next month. I started with a purchased Silhouette cutting file that had the scroll border at only one edge. I altered it so that the border ran on both sides of the card front and back. I embossed the center panel with Swiss Dots and layered black cardstock underneath. The center frame was also a purchased Silhouette file that I reduced in size, then created a mat for it. I used a sketch pen to draw the small circles around the oval. I placed 1/2 pearls at the top and bottom of the frame. The sentiment is computer generated and printed on vellum then embossed with clear EP and layered onto white cardstock. The graduation cap is die cut and accented with a pink rhinestone.
Thanks for looking!
