Whoa!!! a dangerous Web site for the Inspiration Challenge today from Anne - Henrietta's Handbags! Warning - do NOT go there if you have a 'problem' owning too many pocketbooks!! LOL!!
I cut strips similar in color to the stripes on the bag, layered them onto a white panel and embossed just that section with my D'vine Swirl embossing. folder. Then I added a row of waves cut with a die from MFT.
I sponged on my clouds using my home made cloud template and stamped the sentiment.
Finally, I colored Rufus here in the same rainbow colors as my strips and adhered him with foam tape so he is jumping out of the sea!

What a super fun card! I really like that sentiment and your fish is such a cutie. I really, really love how you did the waves with the colorful strips and the embossing - that is super creative.

I loved those busy prints but found the idea of translating them to a card a bit overwhelming. You've done it brilliantly here - I like the idea of a rainbow sea.
