Faith/Markie's Mom is hostess this week for the Stampin' B's Design Team #109 challenge and asked that we make a card using Flower Soft and liquid applique or glitter. I am not sure you can even see my Flower Soft. It is the yellow (which doesn't show) and reddish color in the small flowers. I used Stickles for the glitter-butterfly and fairy wings.
I am using a stamp by Studio 18 (I think from the $ bin at Michael's). I embossed all my layers and the doily with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder. Colored with Copics, added the Flower Soft, made a stick pin, used a gingham ribbon, punched and stickled a butterfly, and added pearls. I'm using the Martha Stewart Laurel Leaf punch.
We would love for you to join us this week. Just use the keyword StampinB

How unique, Benzi!! I really like you used the doily, and that hat pin is really special. Great job using Flower Soft AND glitter--so fabulous for the StampinB challenge!

This is oh so sweet and oh so pretty. I love the lace doily background. The flower soft gives such a nice texture too. The stick pin is exquisite. Lovely card as usual Benzi. You really put it all together so well.

What a beautiful card, Brenda. Your beaded pin is gor-geous, I love the gingham with the plaid and the Swiss dots texture. The image on the doily is so creative, and love the delicate touch of FS. Cute border of those puchies too!
