I am entering this into the Justrite challenge JRC_053 Sponsored by Spellbinders. We were challenged to make hand made flowers.
I used crepe paper to make my flowers.
I used "Spellbinders Dahlia" for the large blue flower and one of the flowers in the "Spellbinders Flower Creations 3" for the smaller white and blue flowers. All the flowers were tipped with SU Dazzling Diamonds
After I made the white flowers I tipped the edges with Copic B02 and colored the pearls with the same marker.
The foliage was made with Martha Stewart Rose leaf and branch punches . The butterflies are from a Marvy punch
I used the Birthday greeting from Justrite " You Inspire me" . I love This set it has so many options
The "Have a Fabulous Birthday" was cut out with "Spellbinders Petite Ovals sm." and set on "Spellbinders Labels Ten"

Thanks for your lovely comments . I really appreciate them!
recyclegal I don't have a blog to do a tutorial.
I used streamer crepe paper. I folded it 10-12 times over and over to make a little square . Cut it with the Spellbinder die. Poked a hole in the center and put in a brad. Then I fluffed it up one layer at a time.
I tipped the white petals with my Copic marker after the flower was finished
