For today's CAS and Technique challenges, I used the anchor image from the new set The Open Sea. I wanted this to be SU-only, as I am sending this to a hostess, so instead of using a Nestie for my circle diecut, I made a mask with a 1 3/8" circle punch and stamped over it. To give it more depth, I then used the punchout itself over the image and sponged the edges. To give the DP some firmness around which to tie my baker's twine, I mounted it on a piece of thin chipboard, then tied my twine. TFL!

Leanne, you are so clever. I love your CAS card and how you used your punch for the technique instead of a die. You had me completel fooled. I love your card design and baker's twine too. TFS
