This week's Twisted Sister challenge was issued by our beloved Bus Driver, Shirley (wannabcre8tive) to make a blue and brown card, use a partial circle and have at least two squares, not counting the shape of the card.
I've had some wood veneer for a long time, and finally used it with the WWW set- Boots! Yeah! This wood is tissue-paper thin and I wasted about three pieces of it, finally gluing the last image to card stock that has a cracked paint print on it.
This is going to a most special person as well- Mothermark, who celebrated five years with SCS and has done more to inspire and encourage others with her crazy stories and meaningful causes via the MMTPT than any person I know. Cindy, thank you for all you have given, and also for sharing the needs of others, and giving us a laugh! You are the best! Snugs....
Thanks for looking, and hope you can play along too- just add TSC0422 to your key words so we can peek at your creations!

Okay, Ms. Pat, how did you get Sam's boots - you give those back to him right now!! Wow, awesome card my friend - love the textures - it reminds me of an old, old book my Grandpa had, the pages were old - but it had rodeo gear in it - it was an awesome book - very vintage. I love your card (even if you did use Sam's boots)!!!

This a great card for Cindy - love the wooden boots and your down to earth stampin' story too! At least you didn't almost burn yourself today! LOL! Cool use of the WWW boots - you made them come to life and now they can go live at Cindy's where they will be loved for many years to come. Cool stitching too - love the loopy stitches - that is how I sew when I try to do straight lines which is why I never really learned to sew! LYMI!
