I printed the digital image "Rainy Cynthia" from The Stamping Boutique onto X-Press It cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers.
The patterned paper panels are scraps from my blue paper bin. I am sorry I don't know the source of these papers, but I can almost guarantee I purchased them at JoAnns and/or Hobbylobby and I've seen them there time and time again. Black cardstock frame these panels, and the layout is from Sketch Challenge #327 on Splitcoast.
Three crystal beads were affixed to the card. The sentiment is computer-generated and the cloud around the sentiment is hand drawn by me.
