I made this card for my son's 17th Birthday. This is the jeep he would have liked to have gotten for a birthday present (but knew he was not getting). I printed a front view of a Jeep Cherokee from the computer and then enlarged it to the size I wanted (5.25 X 6 inches) and then cut it out. I traced the shape onto some metallic red cardstock. I then cut all the details out of the computer image and traced them onto different papers. I used a ribbed black paper for the tires and made the treads with a white opaque marker. I used silver metallic paper for the front and then cut the headlights out of the photo and glued them on the silver paper. I used some Crystal Effects on the headlights to give it a more realistic look. The vents are black cardstock with a white colored pencil used for the grills. The windshield looked too flat cut out of black paper so I used the windshield from the computer image and gave it the Crystal Effect treatment. As you can see, even though the Jeep Cherokee is not a Hybrid - my card is a Hybrid,.
