This card is for two challenges. Lois aka: clownmom, is our new QFTD. Whoo Hoo Lois! So deserving of this honor and what a fabulous gallery you have. It is also for the Free 4 All challenge . Home Sweet Home.....my card....
I chose this freshly made card of Lois's to case. I just changed the way the scene is looked at. Not from the outside, but looking out from the inside. Make sense?
The hardest part of this challenge was waiting for the mother bear to take her cub for a walk so I could sneak inside her well maintained cave and snap a photo. hehe Nice bedding Mrs. Bear.
Used a new to me set from Rubber Stamp Tapestry. Drew the scene, stamped the trees and bears then colored everything except the cave walls with prismapencils. The walls were masked and sponged. I have learned to take my sketched card and make a copy so I can cut off parts for the masking. Saves time and works rather well.
Made the little "home sweet home" sign and hung it up with some wire and a brad. Put my scene on a black cs. Done.
Well, that about wraps this one up. Lois enjoy your reign. Hope you all like my take on the "home sweet home or cave". hehe Have a great weekend!....TFL :0)

Oh very cool!!! I don't know if I've ever looked out from inside a cave!!!! Now I've had the chance -and what a view it is!!! What a cosy feeling in the cave and a wonderful sunshiney day!! Is it raining where you live? Cause it sure is here!!! And yesterday was so sunny and nice - I was fooled into thinking we'd have nice sunny day again today!!

Oh, what a lovely scene from inside. Now, I'm really scared of caves but if I could just go inside a little distance, I guess I would be fine...just so I can see outside. This is truly Home Sweet Home. Your creativity is showing again and I love it.

How did you get that darn mother bear out of zee cave? Oh no, not again, did you show her a picture of Anne Ryan. That would scare any wild beast of any kind out of their cave!!! Aside from that uncomplimentary remark, you know what I always say - YOUR ARE AN ARTIST EXTRAORDINAIRE AND THE MOST IMAGINATIVE OF THE LOT!! It was pure brilliance to think of getting Anne into that cave to capture this scene. You don't get much smarter than that! Lil' ole Fruitcake would have never figured that one out. I would have ended up being dinner; although, I don't think fruitcake is a favorite of any person or bear!!!
