Cut White Card Stock at 4 1/4 by 11 and score at 5 1/2, Cut another piece of white at 3 3/4 by 5 and run through the big shot using the dot background (sponge the edges of the polka dot background with pink). Cut a piece of Pink at 4 by 5 1/4.
Run a small piece of white card stock through the big shot using Elegant Lines Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and use the cupcake punch to punch out the top of the cupcake (the embossing makes it look like real icing) Sponge the cupcake gently with pink to make the lines stand out. Stamp the cupcake bottom on pink paper with pink ink and punch.
Use versa mark (sticky ink) to stamp happy birthday on pink card stock and emboss with white embossing powder and the heat gun. Punch out using oval punch.
On white Card stock punch out a large scalloped circle to fit the cupcake and and a scalloped oval to fit under the happy birthday. Sponge both with pink. On Pink card stock punch a large cicrle to go under the scalloped circle and a larger oval to go under the happy birthday.
Add your lace and if you like tie a pink bead to the center of the lace. Glue the card together. I glued the large pink circle to the card and put pop dots on the white scalloped circle with the cupcake. And your card is done
