Here's my funky attempt at vintage with a new-to-me technique, Fan Fold Flower. You can find the tutorial here: Fan Fold Flower Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers. I watched the video, done by Beate, and it was very helpful.
So on this Sketch Challenge 326 card, I distressed the edges with a tool and sponging, added some rickrack, pearls, and an antique brad (adhered with Crystal Effects in the center of the flower, and stamped a partial sentiment from one of the greetings in "Lots of Thoughts."
Thanks for looking, and go try that technique . . . you'll love it!

What an exquisite card! Love all the distressed edges and beautiful trims to go with your fan fold flowers. I like the "plain lined notebook paper" with all your elegant details......unexpected, but very pleasing. Great job!!

I love this card - that fan fold flower/medallion is so cool and I love the extreme distressing. If that wasn't enough, your papers and layout are pretty cool too. Great card!
