It was supposed to be an easy week...Just mainly had to have ribbon on our card...well I do have a ribbon, but the rest was a struggle.
Pink is my favorite color, and I like to make "girlie" cards...Lots of ribbon, bows, flowers, lace...etc.
So I thought it would be easy...NOT!
I had trouble trying to figure out what I was going to use for an embellishment so I went into one of my OLD boxes of stuff...from back in the days that I use to sew, crochet, etc. and I found the flowers for the bottom of the card...but I could not get them to stick on no matter what I used. Glue dots wouldn't work. score tape, etc. Mr JD from Pausa (as Mother Mark calls my hubby) helped me again to make this card. He looked at the embellishment that would not stick for me and said,
"I think you have to IRON it on." IRON! OMG! when did I last have my iron out? Where is it? But he was right I had to iron on my flowers...What would I do without him?

Fabulous!! It may have been hard for you this week, but it was definitely worth it. Your teacup is so elegant with that embossing folder and the fancy handle and the gold saucer. Love those gorgeous flowers - definitely worth digging out your iron for. It's so cool that Mr. JD from PAUSA helped you figure out to iron them on - what would we do without them?? GORGEOUS card!!
