This card was inspired by the Featured Stamper -Quixotic. I was also inspired by those cute puppy dogs in her gallery. This is her card... Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the color scheme and balloons, but the layout ended up changing a lot more than I started with!
I thought these colors were so bright and cheerful and great for a boy birthday. Just perfect, I will use this birthday for my nephew's birthday next month!
I just punched out circles and connected with a marker to make a very simple balloon! I also used word window and decorative label punches.
