I saw these gorgeous masking tapes on today's inspiration site. Besides the fact that I might have to order them, I thought they were perfect as inspiration piece for my bucket.
It's a $1 metal bucket from Target. I embossed polka dots with my Crop-a-dile, painted it first with gesso, then with Pool Acrylic Paint from Ranger. Next I sanded the top so the shiny bucket would come through on my embossed circles.
The white flower was created out of wax paper. The orange one out of white crepe paper, then airbrushed. The flower laying next to the bucket is a white doily rolled into a flower with a Stickles center.
I tied a strip of green fabric around the bucket and topped it with a rolled fabric flower.
Thanks so much for looking. Have a great weekend. Hugs and smiles
