One of my first images from Sassy Cheryl's was "bunny chit chat" the minute I saw this darling image "kitty kat chit chat" a remake like the bunny image with CATS... well I just had to have it..and in honor of that, I made my card the same style and sketch as the my bunny one.. I hope you like it..a touch of stamping is done on each layer before popping them up.. and here is what's fun about digital images... I cropped out the sitting kitty, flipped the direction and enlarged it to pop up on the corner.. looks like mamma kitty is saying, better be kind to my babies
Today is the start of another fun week full of challenges at Sassy Cheryl's challenge blog.
todays challenge is to choose a fun Sassy image from the Sassy store: Here
and make a card using nature as your theme.
The Design team has some really amazing samples to get you inspired. Come on over, join in the fun! we would love to have you!
my coloring is gamsol/prisma pencils, with stamping direct to paper on the layers, a couple of branches and the kittie are cut out and mounted up, the tiny flowers are an ek success punch.. add some tiny pearls for the center and your good to go...
This is also made for this weeks Teapot Tuesday~ bring something framed. I think this qualifies, this little sweetie is framed with popped up layers of nestability shapes. kind of a reverse frame, the image is popped up, instead of sitting down in the frame... what ya think back door guard... do I have to come in the back door????
thanks for stopping by~ have the best day!

Judy! This is the cutest darn card! I love it! Tee hee! My first thought was.....I wonder what they are talking about! I think they are sharing their delight in their most recent escapade when they out ran, out smarted, and put one up on the big bad dog around the corner who is of the opinion that he is the neighborhood expert cat chaser! Thats why the one on her back is plumb tuckered out! Lots of running but well worth seeing the disappointment in that ole dog's face! Hee!
