This card was inspired by Stampersuzz' card Fishy Friends by stampersuzz at Splitcoaststampers #please check it out - it's GORGEOUS! Mine does not have the same feel as hers but I think it turned out cute in it's own way! I ordered this stamp and others from the same set after falling in love with Stampersuzz' and I was so excited when I rec'd them that I think I was suffering from performance anxiety to make a GORGEOUS card lol.
My style isn't normally whimsical so that was my first hurdle and I was also working on non-white as my base, another hurdle. I didn't have a stamp to do a similar background so I made due with what I had. I'll have to check out some of the challenges to see how I can incorporate this stamp into a more whimsical design!
Anyway, if you're still with me . . .tfl

I think that your card is fun and whimsical. You did a wonderful job with the bg and your images are just too cute. I really like those googly eyes too. LOL
