Did I hear a big thud....yes teapot ladies, I am on time!!!
Another wild and crazy Tuesday.....we indians call this the dance of the hula hoop. Warning.....do not do this after age 50!!! After practicing the body twizzle, the horizontal elbow pass and the bunny ear.....I am in GREAT pain. You can see what I am talking about . Notice how thin this girl is....helps to be smaller around than the hula hoop!! Muitnik and I are, Irish, Polish and Cherokee Indian.....explains everything!!! The Roxbury is rockin!!! I used Roxie's sketch SC316.
Thanks for looking!!
Hugs to all of my sisters!!

Big smiles over this one. I have never managed to master (heck, I've never managed to "beginner") the hula hoop. They really look like fun but beware, they are only a route to humiliation. Loved the link. If I tried that though I'd strangle myself in the process. Love this card & sketch.

This is not my comment!
I don't know what happened Rocklin! All I know is someone invented some new fangled dance with these big plastic circles and when I got back from the ladies room, all these teapotters were stuck in all those hoops and the floor started shaking and before long the 2nd floor dancefloor was on the first floor! Heck no! Were not paying extra for that, you shoulda made the floor stronger!

Love the expression on your little girl's face. Little being the key word here as many of us just couldn't do the moves anymore. Like the sketch you chose.

What a super CUTE hula hoop girl image!
Yes, long ago, I could do it, haven't tried in years, but my oldest DD was the champ when she was in elementary school!

Connie, this is darling and I remember the hula hoop well! I never could do more than a couple at a time and just around my waist.
