.......not really what I was after.
Serena & Lily was the inspiration site today. I'm sorry to sat that this did not turn out like I had imagined, but since I made the effort I will u/l.
I picked 2 inspiration pieces seen here: http://www.serenaandlily.com/Decor/Lamps-Sarah-Bird
and here: http://www.serenaandlily.com/Decor/L...tian-Drum-Lamp
I used a MS border punch. I was going to PATP, but I can't quite get the measurements right. I used a Sizzix ef that comes w/ the pine trees folder. Looks kind of spooky to me. Oh well, it is what it is.
Thanks for stopping by.

I was so interested in your card - I got the pines ef for my Mom for Mothers Day and saw this came with it - your whimsical little birds and light colors make it not spooky at all! I like it popped up with that pretty border along the bottom. Oh sorry, forgot to call you by your proper title there, Your Majesty.

Doesn't look spooky to me...but if you put a few black cats on the branches and used some black ink and a full moon you could go there with this tree. What a fun - and obviously versatile - embossing folder. Fun card Queen Bugzi!

This is perfect for the inspiration!! I can see where this tree could go to the spooky side, but with the all white you've gone with it works perfectly!!

Don't know what was in your head but what came out on paper is absolutely terrific! Love the way the punched border anchors the tree. Love the big birds. We have little tiny crab apple trees and the turkeys are always getting into the branches and your card reminds my of them. Love it!
