Inspiration from someone (I promise to go look this up and update today) who took the time to post the tutorial on how to make this card! It's my very favorite! More info on all these quilt cards later!

HI!
I made this card a "Favorite" of mine! I just love the lines...and your beautiful little butterfly is wonderful! I love the colors. And, I bet the "quilt" would look entirely different with different colors. Make it greens and reds, and it would look Christmas quilt. Make it blues, greys and whites, and you may have a snowy quilt.
I love this look! It does remind me of Easter. And, that is something wonderful to be reminded of. Thank you for sharing.
Do you happen to know if there is a "template" I guess, something I could print, and glue the pieces over? I can not understand the details on the tutorial they shared. I am a bit cloudy at this time. I would love to know, if you happen to know.

Thank you for your nice comments! Traci, I used a 1" square punch, laid out my "quilt," then cut a piece of card stock 5" square. I used 2 sided sticky tape or photo tape and ran it down the card, leaving about 1/4" between each row. I used tweezers to place the squares, starting in the left corner and carefully matching up each one. When done, I ran it through the Big Shot for embossing. Had to make 2 passes as it is wider than the embossing folder. The pattern I used is kind of mingled, so I didn't have to match it up, just turned it sideways and ran through what didn't get embossed the first time. Hope this helps!
