First off, Joan thanks for the great technique today. It sure has some mighty fine results. Love it! ....my card....
Curt has been partying a bit too much and has gone into hiding under the lampshade. hehe.....one of his favorite things to do. You see, according to Curt, you can be whoever you want under the lamp shade. Who's gonna know?!...again hehe.
I used Graphic 45 dp for my Bargello Design. Put it on brown AC cs, sponged edges with vintage photo then ran it through the cb. Then put it on a black AC card.
Cut out three graduating sizes of ovals from G45 dp, sponged the edges and glued together. Put this on the Bargello panel.
Curt was drawn, printed, colored with copics then cut out. Put him on the ovals popping up parts. Gotta say, he is one cute wall-flower. hehe I think I need one of those lampshades.
Well, must get my chili started cooking, been cold outside today even with the sun shinning off and on. Have a great evening ya'll. I'll be back later.....TFL :0)
Hi Sis! Hi NC Sis!
P.S....this card is also for CFABBYFEB "Cards for Abby February". I think she will get a kick out of this one. :0)

I love the background. I copied the tutorial so I could study it with my paper packs to see IF I can come up with something. Looks like you did not have any problems at all. So happy Curt is again on his way to Abby. I really like the idea of living under a lampshade so you can do anything you want!!! Hmmmm. Your dp is so awesome. love the country feel. tfs.
hugs,

I love the Bargello bg in the muted tones, but really love Curt!! Hiding under the lampshade is a good idea, and they can be accessorized!! Abby will really love this, it will me her chuckle and smile!!!

OMG! I almost missed this! This is so very cool! I love silly ole Curt! It looks like fun to wear a lamp shade on your head, I think I might try it at work! Your background just rocks! Its beautifully done and Curt's little black and white body just pops right out at ya!
