This card is for the Twisted Sistah's challenge issued by Lesley to do a card with the faux silk technique! I had never done this before so it really was a reach that Lesley urged us all to try!
I stamped a sentiment from ODBD, then stamped over it lightly with some flowers, then applied the glue stick over my entire surface. Wrinkled up some tissue paper, then straightened it out and pressed it now wrinkles and all on top of the image. Next I cut it out with nestie Labels 12, and put on top of 2 layers. Cuttled the Background, added some organdy ribbon and flowers - definitely out of my norm for making cards, but I love learning new stuff- thanks for making us "reach" beyond, Sissy!! LYMI

Somebody has been busy today!!! Very nice work, Sue. You did a wonderful job with this technique and your bow and flowers are the perfect delicate accents for this beautiful verse. Very nice card.
