I got this stamp set at the Minneapolis spring Regional, and our Make and Take projects inspired parts of this card set.
For the card bases, I used the Long Notes cards in River Rock that SU sold a few years ago. For the main layer I used collage-type stamping on three sheets of Very Vanilla and then used the Color Spritzer and River Rock marker over each sheet. I cut the sheets to fit the cards (I used the "leftover" pieces to make other cards) and sponged the edges of each piece with True Thyme.
For the tags I used four stamps from Define Your Life: gratitude (Bordering Blue), journey (True Thyme), inspire (River Rock), and original (Really Rust). I used a Versamark pad to slightly distress the tags and curled some of the edges.
For the Really Rust ribbon, I colored a piece of Very Vanilla taffeta with a Really Rust marker. The other ribbons are SU retired ribbons. The only non-SU item is the brad in the upper-right corner of each card.
This is a set of eight cards (two of each design pictured). I left the card insides blank so they could be used for different occasions. I also stamped the envelopes to coordinate; each envelope is stamped with one of the Nature Walk images in the lower left corner and then spritzed with River Rock.
Thanks for looking!
