This is for the CAS106 challenge - create a card inspired by Nancy's sketch. This is also for the QFTD47 - case a card from Bev's gallery. I chose to case Bev's Hanging Lantern card. And lastly this is for IC271 find inspiration from the Santa Barbara Chic website. I chose the Cherry Blossom photo.
I masked the edges of the square off, then used a stamp-a-majig to help me stamp part of the Cherry Blossom image. I colored in the image with markers, then colored over the blossoms with a Versamarker pen and clear embossed it. I then sponged the inside of the square with Memento Bermuda Bay ink. I used the stamp-a-majig to place the sentiment.

Harriet, your triple challenge card is just elegant and beautiful. Your sponging of the blue is so perfectly done. I agree with everyone....this is just a taste of spring to see.
Thanks for playing in the QFTD Challenge and making a card for the Queen's gallery. I appreciate the time you took to make a card and also I appreciate the nice comments you send my way in my gallery.
Have a delightful day!!
