I wanted to make a cheerful "thinking of you" card for my mom. The CAS105 challenge was the perfect place to start - a great color combo! I made it with My Digital Studio so I could sent it by email so she would get it today!
It's fun to play around with My Digital Studio and do some different things that you can't do in "real life" like resizing and layering overtop.

I started my 'cardmaking' years ago when we got our first computer and then fell into the world of rubber stamps and all that goes with it. I have often used digital papers and the like on my cards when I couldn't find what I needed. I am gradually working MDS into my way of thinking too - I still find myself going to my original photo program to create my digital scrap pages and items for hybrid cards because I can do it without thinking. I do love being able to use some of my SU items digitally now. Your card is bright and cheery - should bring a cheery smile to your Mom's face on yet another cold Alberta day!

This lovely card is sure to cheer your Mom. It's a great CAS layout and I love the text and faux sewing you created with MDS. Great inspiration for what you can do with MDS.
