This card I made for a friend who just had surgery and is home recovering for a couple of weeks. She loves anything vintage, so I just had to use this 'Curio' paper and lots of sponging. I have used the 'Confirmation' set by Our Daily Bread designs. The pattern on the image panel is from the 'Brocade Background' stamp, and the stamped corners are from 'Brocade Borders'. The designer paper is Basic Grey 'Curio', the pearls are by Zva Creative, the May Arts crocheted ribbon was tied with a Bow Easy, the border punch is EK Success Fleur De Lis, there are several sprays of 'Pearl' Glimmer Mist, and I made a five-layer button (See TLC239 Technique Lover's Challenge) from a scrap of the Curio designer paper. Thanks so much for looking! Have a blessed day!

Beautiful in every way. The vintage look is great and that scripture is wonderful. I am going to have to try the 5 layer button.

Your card is absolutely gorgeous! I'm sure your friend will love this and the fact that you made it just for her will really make her feel special. I can't even begin to know how to make a 5 layer button! TFS

Sister, this is a "vintage" hug on paper. How beautiful!
