I decorated this tin for my Mom for Christmas. The card that coordinates with this that I posted earlier this month in my gallery will be part of the set of cards that goes with this tin.
It's simple -- I didn't want to embellish it too wild, or with loads of doo-dahs ... simple is good. ;)
The top of the tin has the same floral paper on it, with red and green organza tied to the handle (only a few ribbon ties), and some of the wild roses that I used on the inside cards added to the base of the handle for more dimension.
The inside of the lid is a pocket, for postage stamps.
There is one divider card for each month so she can note important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). Then, there's plenty of room left for her to fill it with my cards.

This is beautiful, your Mom is lucky to be receiving it. I would love to do one of these lunchboxes. Is there a good resource on how to make them. I love the paper that you used.

Oh, I love this! I would love to make this also but not sure where to find the lunchboxes. Can anyone tell me where they found theirs - perhaps an online resource? I've checked Michael's by me and no luck. TFS!
