This is a mini album that I case'd from page 20 of the Jan 06 Stampin success. It was the first time I've made something with a mint container and I think it turned out pretty cute.
I made the first 3 pages and the last page similar to the SS album, but needed another page for my 4th child's picture, so added another. It is empty now because I need to go take some cute pics of my kids and develop them in black & white!!
The front is case'd from starlitestudio (sp?)! thanks for the inspiration!

This is really cute. I love your use of colors. I have been trying to copy the one in the SS and have had little luck so far. This is a really nice version.

Really cute. I wonder if a gift card would fit inside. Also I think it's a tin from the altoid mints that I've seen in grocery stores. I wish I could find them in bulk somewhere though. Maybe BJs. I'll have to check.

I found these on www.specialtybottle.com Yes, a gift card fits inside, but the corners are a little different on the one that I tried. You have to put one long end in and then the other, KWIM? It is the same size as the altoid tins, but I haven't had good luck getting the paint off those, so I just bought these plain tins for ease of use.

I love it! I was also inspired by that article to make my first one. It was so much fun. I had to add a page as well. Did you have a problem stapling that many pieces of cardstock?
