Fishing Card for Injured Policeman
Added to Favorite

Photo Details
Poster: Connie Jo9

Barbie 50 has a friend, Alex, who is a policeman and was injured in the line of duty and had to have knee surgery last week. He loves homemade cards and keeps them in a scrap book. You can find his story here [/color]. Since my dad and uncle were Denver policemen, I really wanted to help lift his spirits. This is a remake of one I had a couple of years ago. I already had it stamped and paper cut. Just had to color. Hope he liked it. Thanks for looking.

It's really surprising to discover your dad and uncle were both police officers. Apparently, you and the other sistah never inherited their sense of law abiding and HONEST citizens.
I'll overlook that only long enough to tell you I think he will love this card. How sweet he likes homemade cards and then keeps them in a scrapbook. He'll love this for sure.

Aww...so glad his card has a fish on the end of the line...wonder if her name is Wanda? Love his yellow waders to go with your DSP!

I am here to say that he did in fact love his card. I got to see it and it's amazing! You did a great coloring job with the fish and all around.

Thank you for going out of your way to help lift his spirits ♥
He is still amazed at the generosity of strangers and very touched.
