Well I finally made it to the teaparty.... I have been working on this card all morning for Katie.
It will be going postal shortly...
This week our cards are headed for Bellingham, Washington - for Katie.. Katie is young with a family and a fighting spirit and a very talented cardmaker who has been diagnosed with stage four terminal cancer in December. She could use some of our SCS love and encouragment at this time in her life.
More details found Here
I brought some pretty pink daisies with liquid gold centers, the jar rim is also gold and I outlined the sentiment tag with the liquid gold pearls as well. On the upper two dp panels, I dotted the centers of the flowers with gold....
The stamp set I used is from Clear Dollar Stamps called "Every-day Jar-gon" and you can find more information on Katie Here
This is also for this weeks colour challenge - cherry cobble, Melon Mambo, Pretty in pink.

I don't know if hospitals over there are like here, where nowadays they don't like patients to have real flowers. It's surely not going to matter with all the beautiful floral creations that will be arriving for Katie. Those flowers look just so beautiful.
