My 5 yr old asked for this set everytime I picked up my SU catalog, so finally, I got it for him and his brother to play with. The idea was to let them play with it while *I* was playing with *MY* stamps to keep them out of my hair. LOL But, I ended up loving it almost as much as they did.
The challenge was to create an Index Card for the SU Gallery. I could ONLY use stamps from the Make A Monster set, and I had to use ALL of the stamps in the set. I don't have much in the way of embelishments, so I had to get creative, thus the many colors and the little circles.
This would be such a fun card for a little boy's birthday. Or, for that fun and creative little girl, you could use this set and make the card in "girlie" colors.
There are 15 stamps to this set:
3 body shapes
3 sets of eyes
1 single eye
4 mouths
1 pair of horns
1 pair of antenna
1 hair piece
1 circles (3 circles on the stamp)
I cut off the corners of the Whisper White because I thought it would be fun.
The monsters were stamped in Basic Black, then
colored using a blender pen.
Note: The "pink" monster is actually Real Red, but for some reason, it always photographs pink.
