Hi everyone This is for Joyce~Cindy said she likes to garden and she is a Red Hat Lady! This is the only hat that I had so I combined the gardening with a red hat. It sounds like Joyce needs alot of prayers. I hope this card brightens her day.
I used a Sizzix ef for the purple layer. A scalloped and plain Spellbinder circle. I stamped the hat and the garden gloves and colored with copics and cutout. I added a couple of MS hydrangea bloosoms of the hat with purple rhinestone centers. I colored the trowel with a silver gelly roll pen. Added some polka dot ribbon and the sentiment is popped up too. TFL Another wonderful destination Cindy~you do an amazing job!
Hugs Linda

Lovely hat!! Do the red hat ladies really wear red hats with purple to garden in?? I wonder if their shower caps are red and purple too??? Hmmmmm....

What a lovely card for Joyce, Linda. She'll be touched by your incorporating two of her loves...gardening and Red Hats. A very personal card, beautifully done.

Very fitting for Joyce and I'm sure she will be cheered by receiving this. Great choice for your images and beautifully colored. I like how you cut or punched your little flowers for dimension, and your embossed bg. Very pretty and TFS

This totally makes me smile! On those rare occasions when I see a couple or more ladies having fun wearing their "red hats", I can't help but grin at their attitude! Sweet combo with the love of gardening for sure!
Happy New Year!

Aww, thank you for the kind words Linda! Gives me warm fuzzies! I love what you came up with here....combining the gardening with the red hat was sheer genius. I betcha Joyce does her gardening in a red hat and if she doesn't now, she will once she gets this awesome card! Its beautiful!
I love the dark background, it showcases your little red hat circle so perfectly! Thanks for always jumping on board the destination station.
