This is for FS203 and LeisaJane is our featured artist today. Congratualtions, Leisa, I had fun going through your gallery. I chose Ribbons and Daisies as my inspiration piece. Ribbons and Daisies for Lisa by LeisaJane at Splitcoaststampers I asked Santa for new MS border and corner punch sets and some small leaf punch and he was very good to me. I couldn't wait to try out one of my sets and am amazed that I could actuallt create this square without messing up the line up for the punches. I didn't do so well when I played with them yesterday. I guess it helps to read the directions.
I kept the same basic layout as Leisa but changed the color combination and used punched flowers and leaves instead of a stamped image. I popped up the sentiment as I had a boo boo when I stamped the sentiment on the white layer. Duh! That is my life story. The multi loop bow was made with retired SU organdy. If you are interested in learning how I make my bows check out my video tutorial on my blog at http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...tutorials.html.

Oh, Kittie, how beautiful! I love the colors you used! I'm happy that Santa was good to you and you got what you wanted. There were plenty of stamping supplies being opened around here yesterday, too...we all need more stuff for our addiction, right?! I love the square you punched and the leaves. You always do such beautiful work. I've been a fan of yours for a long time, and I can't tell you how amazing it is to have someone as talented as you to case a card of mine. I'm humbled and giddy at the same time. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas!!!
