This is a card I made for my friend to give to her husband on Christmas. He's spent most of the last year and a half framing antique doors and installing them in the house he's building. Since each door is different the work wa slow. So this card has three popped up panels on the front with a door on each panel that opens until you get to the center of the card where the heart is. A number of elements on the front are also popped up.
To make this work, I stamped the door, scanned it and made it slightly smaller each time.

Wow, Kathy, this is CREATIVE work - cleverly done scanning the image and making it smaller for the effect!! What a fabulous card for someone who's been framing doors!

That must have taken you quite some time too making all those doors - a brilliant idea and I bet both your friend and her husband will be so thrilled with this. Love the little cats living in that house too .

Fabulous & creative "sizing"!
My DH has retired & now is taking up his true-love of custom-cabinetry. I can SO relate to this beautiful project!
Merry after-Christmas!
