This one is a lot simpler than it might look. The background is Real Red and Glorious Green Stampin' Spots applied DTP to glossy cardstock, and then I dragged the Red spot along the edges of it.
I made these for my kids' teachers last Christmas. I'm sorry I don't remember the exact dimensions but the cards fit in a business envelope. We gave the teachers gift certificates to a local teacher supply store, and I needed a long, narrow card and envelope to put the certificates in.

Honesty thread: Love the technique on the white panel! Change - maybe move the sentiment to far right of green panel, then center santa, and add wide white organdy ribbon around left of green panel.

Super cute! Love the background - it's so unique! and the Santa image is adorable. Plus the long card look is terrific here! I like the suggestion in the 'honesty thread' above but think the card looks great as is!
