I thought these post it note covers were so cute from Kerry's Paper Crafts which is the same blog where I made my snowman candy bar wrappers from. http://www.kerryspapercrafts.com/?cat=16, she gives great instructions.
I used SU Rose Romance for the base, stamped randomly small flowers with SU Rose Romance ink. I layered with s strip of SU old olive cs. I then cut a small strip of teal adhesive cs, then used the MS border punch. I cut a strip of ribbon, wrapped around and met the end to the center of the front. I stamped the sentiment with SU Rose Romance ink of GP white cs, then used a small circle punch. I used a medium scallop circle punch of the teal adhesive cs, but didn't take off the sticky paper, instead I added a 3D square. It's hiding the seams from the ribbon. I used the MM corner rounder on the top as well as the bottom of the cover. I also scored the 2 lines for the post it notes could sit nicely. On the inside of the scored lines, I attached a piece of tacky tape, then adhered the post it note pad.

Very cute! Now I have an idea to make some for my co-workers and possibly some fundraisers we are having for Relay for Life. Also thanks for sharing Kerry's instructions. Have a great Christmas.
