I got this stamp at a scrapbook "yard" sale, and hadn't really used it. I'm not sure what the name of it is, but the brand is Cynthia Elmore, and it's labeled as 2007.
I really like the way this card came out. I tend to always go for bright and vibrant colors, but now I know I can make a pretty card with more subtle colors too
I stamped the image with Rich Razzleberry then the whole thing was colored using a blender pen. The big flower is Marina Mist. The smaller flowers are Perfect Plum. The leaves are Wild Wasabi and the center of the flowers are Pumpkin Pie. I used the markers to color on a clear block, then picked up the color with the blender pen.
The cardstock is Basic Grey in the background, with Sahara Sand bearing the stamped image. The Thank You was stamped with Early Espresso. I used a light touch when stamping the sentiment, to keep it light and subdued like the rest of the card.
The border around the flowers was colored in with the Marina Mist marker. I went over it 3 times to get it dark so that it would be a nice contrast.
The top and bottom of the Sahara Sand card stock was made by cutting with Fiskars Paper Edgers, Victorian.
