This is for TLC301. For the background, I scored the tile diagonally and then stamped the pine boughs all over. Since my bg was still mostly white, I decided to green emboss the "grout" lines by using a VersaMark pen and evergreen embossing powder.
On a smaller piece of white, I stamped the ornaments and sentiment. I colored in the ornaments and boughs with markers, then went over the ornaments with a clear glitter gel pen. I used a water brush to spread the glitter out and I really like the sparkly effect. The strings were colored with a silver gel pen. I added a few punched red circles on the bottom of the grid bg. The finished card measures 4.25 x 5.50.
Thanks so much for looking! The tutorial is Faux Tile Background. The tutorial link is still there, but sorry this card post is not. I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Just gorgeous. I love how you did this. The out of the box look is fabulous, too. I just got back from a soccer tourney in Dallas with my dd......I need to get into the swing of things
